Nova Scotia has recently invited French-speaking candidates through its Express Entry-linked Labour Market Priorities stream.
Letters of Interest have been issued to candidates by Nova Scotia who selected French as their first official language, with a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of 9 or higher in all French language abilities (reading, writing, listening and speaking). To be accepted into the pool, these candidates are also required to meet the criteria and have a valid Express Entry Number. Candidates who received a letter of interest in the draw have 60 days to submit a complete application to the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) in addition to copies of their language test results and proof of education.
